CUSTOMER SERVICE Performed help desk, customer service duties responded to customer requests, questions, and complaints, providing over-the-phone explanations & support regarding system matters. Processed move/add/change job orders, obtained customer feedback, conducted courtesy calls to customers, and performed remote system support & checks for fault reports, and assigned engineers and technicians where necessary.
